Terms of
Service:
As part of our terms of service, We ask that a deposit of
50% of total fees be paid before the start of design work, with
the balance due before the completed site files are uploaded to
a web host server. Our estimates are based on a rate of
$35-45/hr. depending on the type of work, the estimated number
of hours required to complete the project, and the original
specifications given to us by the prospective client. If at any
time during the course of the project additional features and
content are required, then additional charges will be applied
at a rate of $35/hr..
Payment can be made securely through PayPal with your credit
cardhere, or by mailing a check to us. There is a 2.9% charge
for processing credit card payments. All checks from new
clients must clear before work can begin. Deposits are not
refundable, so please be sure that you are ready to go forward
with the web design process. Your materials such as text,
photos, logo artwork, and PDF files can be mailed to us on CD,
or emailed as attachments.
We offer free phone consultations, a support phone number
will be issued to all prospective clients. If you require a
written agreement we will send you a link to a contract page
which can be printed out, signed, and returned to us along with
50% of total fees.
